When will my coffee be roasted?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Your order will typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there was an error with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work directly with small-holder farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices that protect the heirloom varieties we love.
How should I store my coffee?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile.
