At Heirloom Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and a satisfaction guarantee on our beans.
Contact Support
Email our roasting team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your request.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.
Package Your Item
Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our roastery.
Refund Processing
After we inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement roast.
